Katie Turinski is an award-winning filmmaker based in New York City. Her work has spanned multiple industries, with editing credits including the Oscars® Shortlisted Netflix Original THE SPEED CUBERS, multiple Super Bowl commercial campaigns, and the award-winning documentary feature JESSZILLA.
Katie is represented for commercial editorial by EXILE (Partner + Editor), where her clients include Apple, YouTube, Facebook, Google, Nike, Coca-Cola, Toyota, ESPN, Samsung, and Delta. She’s been grateful to collaborate with world-renowned talent within the advertising industry, and to continually sharpen her storytelling skills.
As a director + editor, her character-driven documentary work shares common themes of inclusivity, courage, and humor. Her work has been seen at festivals including SXSW, DOC NYC, Atlanta Film Festival and IDFA.
Katie lives in New York City with her husband and their beloved dog, Barnaby.
